I have the chance to do an essay on Irish dance for school, but I am not really sure what exactly to write about. I am thinking on writing about whether or not Irish dancing is too "blinged out," or if it has evolved too much in general. Any thoughts?

Of course, Riverdance and Lord of the Dance are a very important aspect, but they've become classic now. Still, in the last two or three years there are some dancers that really moved the boundaries of Irish dancing, like Prodijig, Sneaky Steppers or Tap-Tronic. They made something new out of it. You'd really have a lot of material to write about this particular topic. Hope I could help :)
