Hey everyone!
I need to make my cuts higher. Do you know any good stretches to help with this? My TC gave me one, but it strains my knees a lot and they usually end up hurting more than anything else :/ Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

frogs is good for flexibility and turn out, as you lean down you also push your knees down using your elbows to get get a proper stretch. Also for high long clicks you should also do ab training like sit ups as you use your stomach uscles to do a long click as well as your legs.

Next, you need to strengthen the hamstrings which will allow you to whip the leg up really fast. And lastly, I'd say you need to have good flexibility in the hip especially the in the outer region of the hip.
For the hamstrings, I'd recommend lying on your stomach with your knees touching and then one leg at a time, bending at the knee try to kick your heel to your butt quickly and precisely. You want to mimic the quickness of doing a sharp clean cut.
And for the hip, I'd do the "runner's" stretch. I hope that helps. :)
