Love it llana! It's gorgeous.

I love keeping up with all of you adults and I've met so many of you over the past few years.  I've started a page for adult Irish dancers on Facebook.  I hope to keep up with you there and here, both.

Adriana, I bought my solo dress from a teenager dancer! An used one... and love it!!! see it attached! My beloved solo dress

Adriana - if you have time to spare, I would talk to the dress sellers when you go to a feis and ask them what other adults have been purchasing so you can get an idea, especially for the skirt part of the dress. Then I would definitely to my instructor about colors/patterns/material, especially how much bling you want on it. Everyone has their own opinion, but for the most part I see the kids are really blinged out and adults tend to be a little more classy or traditional. Personally, I don't think you can go wrong with black as it tends to be more flattering.

@Jordan, yes, I'm looking into making my own solo dress, that's correct.  Also, I don't think there are used dresses from the school to purchase, but I'll look into it.
