The europeans are over now and I am happy about my solo results but not happy with my championship, cause I got a black out and stopped on stage with my modern set and I don´t know why! At school and at home it wasn´t a problem, but on stage! I am so angry about myself :-(
Did you have this problem? What can I do for myself! I don´t want to stop again! How´s your dancing going?

many thank´s for your tip!
It´s a little bit better now with ice and now I will do the ice and heat! Hope it helps fast and more :-) When I am dancing, I have no pain but after when my foot is immobilized then I get the pain! At the moment I am practicing every second day cause my foot needs to be fit soon!
After the europeans I will take a break foe one week. I think I have practicing too much the last weeks :-) Somebody told me " No pain, no gain " haha that´s good!!!! And how is your dancing going! Hope you doing well! Your next competition is in may isn´t it?

The science fair is next weekend, last saturday was the state scholastic bowl, we took 4th, so we kinda quilified for nationals, but we also have battle of the brains... so it's all good. I'm confused with all of the St Pats day stuff, help?

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, but I am practicing every day! Only three and a half week for the europeans!
How is your dancing going and how are you?
Hope you doing well! My achilles tendon hurts now and I didn´t practice the last two day´s! But tonorrow I will start again! Do you know, what can I do? I do icepads on it but maybe you have another idea!
