Ahh that makes a lot more sense now-you guys seem to have more stages of dancing than us-which I bet helps you build confidence :) that's cool that you have so many feisanna to concentrate on-doing so many you'll soon lose the nerves :) I think im a few months off my first one yet though :) best of luck let me know how they go x

Im not really sure how your levels work in USA-we more or less have beginner, primary, intermediate and open here-how does yours work? It sounds good though-great you are enjoying it so much-and wow 1 feisanna-that is a lot! You msut be working pretty hard to perfect those dances. I only have 1 hour a week at the moment and I dont have any feisanna lined up yet-waiting til I have perfected all my dances before I think about entering-I wanna do well :) Still need to learn my hornpipe, final step of treble jig, slip jig and treble reel-so have lots to learn. Also need to talk to my teacher about it too-but it sounds fun though. Good luck with yours bet you'll do great Fi :)

i'm not a dancer or singer! im just a fan. i am learning how to play the tin whistle ... so i suppose that's something, right? :)

p.s. i see you sing traditional celtic music. that's very cool. i love singing but unfortunately my voice kind of sounds ... well, pretty horrible when i sing, so i think it's best i leave the singing up to the people with talent!!

hey kirsten! how are you? i just wanted to say hi. i saw that you are from ohio! i actually grew up in ohio ... cleveland to be exact. i have been to dayton many, many times though. i have three cousins and a bunch of friends who went to the university of dayton. anyway, i live in germany now - a long way from ohio - but it's great to see some fellow buckeyes on here. :)
