I am in serious need of new soft shoes! I preferably want Hullachans but I'm not sure if I should go with style H1 or H2? The only noticeable difference is the bottoms. (top pic is H2 and bottom is H1)…

I have to admit, I have a problem with timing in my dances. In class I have pretty good timing because of doing the same music over and over, but when it comes feis time, with new music, the judges always say "better timing", "off timing", etc. I'm typically too fast for the music but occasionally on the reel, I tend to be slower. Do you guys have any tips on how to get timing better or even perfect?
