Getting Ready for Our Christmas Show 2010

With my dance group (Emeraldance) we are getting ready for our Christmas Show 2010...

Our Show it's called "A Christmas in Ireland" and its about irish christmas traditions and how they were brought to our country by the inmigrants in the XIX century.

We'll dance some famous christmas carols such as: Christmas in Killarney, I Saw three Ships, Jingle Bells, Joy to the World and Deck the Halls...

Is there any other 17 year old novice dnacers? I'm always the oldest in my age group and its kinda embarassing when a ten year old wins against you. Anybody here have that problem?

Prizewinner dreams...

Have gotten to two feisanna now. They are fun! Well, the second one was run strangely, but it was an overall good experience. I'm offically in novice now thanks to my first feis and all my practicing, but I have a long way to go before I hit prizewinner, and if I'm lucky, the &overs.

Goals:

- make prizewinner in at least reels, slip jigs, hornpipes, and treble jigs by July.
