King O' Sullivan Feis

I planned on updating throughout the feis, but signal was spotty and didn't work 97.9% of the time.

The venue was beautiful, it is on a mountain at a resort, the feis was well run and moved quickly throughout the morning for grades,( I am a Novice/PW) It was on my birthday, hoping the B'day gods's would grant my wish and give me 1st in my main dances, but that wasn't to be.

I got a 1st with my 8 hand team members(GO RNE), I got a second in my Blackbird,( a half a point from 1st place) There were over 30 competors in this group.

I had a 3rd in my HP and Slip Jig. Not what I was hoping for but I'll take what I can get when I can get it. 

Everyone looked beautiful, I love to see the dresses, There weren't a whole lot of guys competeing at this feis, there were a few, but I have seen more at other Feis's. 

I would definitely recommend this feis and plan on going again next year. It was fairly expensive, and being on a mountain, it was a few miles into town. So anyone who does want to check this feis out, save your pennies. 

The judges all seemed fair, being this was a Feisworx feis, you had to buy your comment sheet and all but 2 judges commented on my dances, a lot of times you won't get but 1 or 2, I had comments on all my dances but Trad Sets and Treble Reel. So that was awesome.
