Well, look at that! Blogger finally decided to work! I thought for sure I'd get the same cockamamie error message I've been getting ever since I switched to the updated version. There's a lot I've been wanting to say!
So, let's see, to recap what's happened around these parts since Easter...
-I've started on-road driving with an instructor. The first one was last Friday, and it was much less scary than I remembered. -Speaking of driving, in the middle of the same night, some drunk doing 80 mph on our 55 mph road lost control of his car and careened through our yard and our neighbors' on both sides, taking out a chunk of our fifteen-year-old hedge.
-The Home button on the Kindle Touch I got for Christmas last year quit working while it was still under warranty, so I got a new one.
As for my father, he's got an appointment at 11 a.m. tomorrow. This, to the best of my knowledge, is when they decide which tests, if any, they can go ahead and do now that his blood pressure and heart rate is more or less stabilized. Prayers would be appreciated!
Also tomorrow is my first Schola practice since before Easter. I know that we have been requested for a wedding something this summer, so I'm sure we'll be getting that music soon.
