Okay so over the summer( when there are no classes or not in feises) I want to keep in shape so it won' t be hard to get back into the weekly class schedule. What are some tips or exercises to do so?

Comment by Haley Holmquist on April 3, 2012 at 3:53am Be sure to stretch at least 3 times a week to stay limber. Do sit ups a couple times a week to improve core stength. Also, just go over your dances maybe 2+ times, two times a week.
