Okay so over the summer( when there are no classes or not in feises) I want to keep in shape so it won' t be hard to get back into the weekly class schedule. What are some tips or exercises to do so?
Join Diddlyi Irish Dance and Music
Be sure to stretch at least 3 times a week to stay limber. Do sit ups a couple times a week to improve core stength. Also, just go over your dances maybe 2+ times, two times a week.
Oh how could i forget the the 'Runs' :P Yeah they would help a lot, thanks!
